Breakfast and Bible Study on this date. (Postponed to the 20th)

Men of God,

Plan to come to our next breakfast at 8am this coming Saturday, July 6. We will be doing Session 6: Reality Check which is found on pages 94-108 of our workbook, DREAM. This session is focused on where we are in Christ.

Bible Verses

John 3:19-21 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

Mark 9:43-47  If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life maimed than with two hands to go into hell, where the fire never goes out. [44] [a] 45 And if your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life crippled than to have two feet and be thrown into hell. [46] [b] 47 And if your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell,

Luke 6:46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?

John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Matthew 15:8  “‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.

John 8:12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
